Unable to open slides after downloaded
Have experienced a few times that the purchased slides was unable to open using Microsoft Powerpoint 2007.
My recent purchased is 1) Green Energy Illustrations and 2) Timeline Film Roll - Animated.
In the passed whenever I have this problem, will chat with the service personnel to re-download the slides. It seems that the online chat is not available anymore as I couldn't find it from the site.

We have a different live chat process now.
There will be a prompt chat window when you go to our site. But the chat window will not popped out when the live chat is offline.
However, you can still send your question to support@slideshop.com or click on the upper right green box with 'ask a question' text in it.
