Hey, we get it. We are all busy and moving a million miles an hour and sometimes we change our mind. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products being digital goods, we don't offer refunds once you purchase the plan. When you buy it, you own it, so use it!
Day Pass, Unlimited Lifetime, & Teams Lifetime Access: Our subscriptions are a one-time purchase — yep, you only have to pay for them once! Unfortunately, this means we cannot refund any of our subscriptions. But on the plus side, most of our products are lifetime subscriptions, so you will have unlimited access to your account for life. Your account never expires. If you are having an issue with your account, reach out to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
Annual and Monthly Subscriptions: Our annual and monthly subscriptions give you unlimited access for the whole year or whole month you’ve purchased it for. We want you to get all of the presentations and tools that you need, whenever you need them. Due to the nature of our products being digital goods, we do not fully or partially refund any subscriptions. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you may do so prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged again.
By default, your SlideShop purchase is set to automatically renew at the end of your subscription. If you purchased a subscription under the old pricing plan, you can renew your subscription at that price until your payment information expires.
We’re all moving at a million miles an hour, so don’t fret if you forget to pay! If the auto-renewal fails, a fourteen-day grace period will be added to your subscription so that you're able to update your payment information. Of course, during this grace period, you will still be able to access your SlideShop account.
If you would like to cancel your automatic renewal, you can do so prior to the next billing period. You will still have access to your SlideShop account through the billing period you have purchased and paid for.
