What do I do if my download does not start automatically?

When your purchase is complete, your product should download automatically. If you don't see your download:

1) Login to your account (click the Login link in the upper right hand corner of the browser).

2) Once you are logged in select My Account > Downloads. Everything you've ever purchased or downloaded should be there and you can download it again anytime.
